Team Lead
Qualifications
5 years in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry
Ability to lead a team to accomplish goals in a timely manner
Must be able to produce high quality work
Have reliable transportation
Be reliable and show up on time
18+ years old
Must be able to communicate professionally with clients
Responsibilities
Demo and rebuild high end kitchen and bathrooms
Lead and train your team as necessary
Communicate and represent the company in a professional manner to team and clients
Create an enjoyable work environment for both teams and clients
Maintain a clean job site and take special care to protect clients property during the entirety of the project
Benefits
Pay $30-$38 per hr based on experience
Monday through Friday 40 hr weeks
Occasional overtime opportunities
8am-4:30 work hours

Take instruction, correction and guidance from your peers and team leads
Always present yourself in a professional manner
Maintain a clean job site and take special care to protect clients property during the entirety of the project
Benefits
Pay $17-$22 per hr based on experience
Monday through Friday 40 hr weeks
Occasional overtime opportunities
