Walked into this remodel to find that a contractor had completely screws up the drywall installation. The wall had waves up to an inch throughout all the walls of the basement. We removed all the drywall and installed new 12’ sheets of drywall and rebuilt the mechanical chase. After installing a new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and installing new trim this basement is better than ever!
